Proyek jarang berjalan mulus 100%. Kemampuan penting adalah menyampaikan masalah secara jujur tetapi tetap profesional dan solutif: selalu pasangkan kabar buruk dengan rencana.
1. Menyatakan risiko: pola "There's a risk that...":
- There's a risk that the supplier won't deliver on time.
- There's a chance the budget could run out before Q4.
- We anticipate a possible delay in the testing phase.
Setelah "There's a risk that" gunakan klausa lengkap (subjek + verb): ...that the cost will rise.
2. Menjelaskan keterlambatan: pola "We've encountered a delay due to...":
- We've encountered a delay due to a shipping problem. (due to + kata benda)
- The project is running late because the vendor changed the specs. (because + klausa)

Struktur emas saat melapor masalah: Risiko → Penyebab → Mitigasi → Kontingensi. Selalu tutup dengan rencana, bukan dengan keluhan.
