Di akhir lesson ini, kamu bisa:

- Membedakan dan menggunakan istilah objective, milestone, deliverable, dan scope.
- Menetapkan target bertenggat dengan 'By the end of Q2 we aim to...'.
Penjelasan (ID)
Saat memulai proyek, kamu harus bisa menjelaskan apa yang ingin dicapai dan bagaimana mengukur kemajuannya. Di level Upper Intermediate, gunakan istilah profesional yang tepat dan struktur kalimat yang jelas.
Empat istilah inti yang sering tertukar:

1. Menyatakan tujuan: pola "The objective ... is to + verb":
- The objective of this project is to standardize our reporting process.
- Our main goal is to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Setelah "is to" selalu pakai kata kerja bentuk dasar (infinitive): is to reduce, is to launch, bukan is to reducing.
2. Menetapkan target bertenggat: pola "By the end of Q2 we aim to...":
- By the end of Q2, we aim to onboard 500 new users.
- Within the first phase, we plan to finalize the requirements.
- We're targeting a full rollout by September.
3. Memetakan milestone & deliverable:
- The first milestone is completing the design draft by week three.
- Each phase has a clear deliverable the client signs off on.
Tip: "sign off on" = menyetujui/mengesahkan secara resmi. Sangat umum di manajemen proyek.
