Ringkasan Modul
Modul Sentence Building mengajarkan tiga cara membuat kalimat lebih kaya dan profesional:
- Passive Voice (Present & Past): be + past participle. am/is/are + V3 (present), was/were + V3 (past). Dipakai saat fokus pada objek/proses atau pelaku tidak penting; pelaku ditambahkan dengan by + agent bila perlu. Contoh: The report is sent every Friday. / The office was built in 2020.
- Defining Relative Clauses: menggabungkan dua kalimat dengan who (orang), which/that (benda), where (tempat), whose (kepemilikan): tanpa koma. Relative pronoun boleh dihilangkan bila menjadi objek: the file (that) I sent.
- Gerunds & Infinitives: beberapa verb diikuti gerund (-ing) (enjoy, avoid, finish), yang lain diikuti to-infinitive (want, decide, need); setelah preposisi selalu -ing. Contoh: I enjoy working here, but I want to learn more.
