Reaching Decisions
Di akhir lesson ini, kamu bisa:

Penjelasan (ID)
Tahap terakhir adalah mengambil keputusan, dan sama pentingnya, membawa semua orang ikut serta. Profesional tahu cara mengusulkan, mengecek kesepakatan, lalu mengunci keputusan dengan bahasa yang tegas namun inklusif.
1. Mengusulkan keputusan (dari halus ke tegas):

2. Mengecek konsensus sebelum mengunci. Jangan pernah lewati langkah ini.

- Does anyone have reservations? (memberi ruang bagi keberatan)
3. Menyatakan keputusan akhir (gunakan present perfect: terdengar resmi dan final):

4. Menutup & menugaskan: setelah memutuskan, langsung tetapkan langkah berikutnya.

Tip: Frasa we've decided (bukan I've decided) memberi sinyal keputusan bersama. Ini membangun rasa memiliki (ownership) dan mengurangi resistensi saat eksekusi.
