Email kerja memakai banyak frasa baku yang bisa langsung dipakai. Hafalkan per fungsi:
Membuka email
- I'm writing to confirm our meeting.: Saya menulis untuk mengonfirmasi rapat kita.
- I'm writing to ask about the invoice.: pakai
I'm writing to + kata kerjauntuk menyatakan tujuan. - Thank you for your email.: pembuka sopan saat membalas.
Menyebut lampiran
- Please find attached the report.: Terlampir laporannya.
- I've attached the file for your reference.: versi sedikit lebih santai.
Membuat permintaan sopan
- I'd be grateful if you could send the quote.: sangat sopan.
- Could you please confirm the date?: sopan dan langsung.
Meminta maaf
- Apologies for the late reply.: Maaf atas balasan yang terlambat.
- I'm sorry for the delay.: alternatif yang umum.
Menutup email
- Please let me know if you have any questions.: undangan untuk bertanya.
- I look forward to hearing from you.: Saya menantikan kabar dari Anda.
- Thank you for your time.: penutup sopan.
💡 Catatan: setelah I look forward to, gunakan kata kerja -ing: I look forward to hearing from you (bukan "to hear").
