Penjelasan (ID)
Email kerja yang baik mengikuti struktur yang sama. Ada enam bagian utama:

Memilih greeting
Sapaan menentukan nada email. Sesuaikan dengan seberapa formal hubunganmu:
- Formal: pakai
Dear+ gelar + nama belakang: Dear Mr Smith, atau Dear Ms Lee, - Tidak tahu nama: Dear Sir or Madam, (sangat formal) atau Hello,
- Semi-formal / kenal: Hi Sarah, atau Hello David,
💡 Catatan: gunakan Ms untuk wanita jika tidak yakin status pernikahannya. Hindari
Mrskecuali kamu tahu pasti.
Memilih sign-off
Sign-off harus cocok dengan greeting:
- Best regards, / Kind regards,: aman untuk hampir semua email kerja.
- Yours sincerely,: formal, dipakai saat kamu tahu nama penerima.
- Yours faithfully,: formal, saat memakai
Dear Sir or Madam,. - Thanks, / Cheers,: santai, hanya untuk rekan yang sudah akrab.
Subject line yang jelas
Subject line membuat email mudah dikenali dan dibalas. Buat spesifik, bukan umum:

Deciding how to start an email
I'm emailing a new client. Should I write 'Hi' or 'Dear'?
It's the first contact, so use 'Dear Mr' or 'Dear Ms' plus the last name.
And the sign-off? 'Cheers' feels too casual.
Right. Use 'Kind regards': it's polite and safe.
Got it. And a clear subject line, like 'Project timeline: questions'.
