Penjelasan (ID)

Kepemimpinan di level Advanced bukan soal memberi perintah, melainkan membangun keyakinan dan kepemilikan. Bahasanya hangat tapi tegas: mengakui orang secara spesifik, menyatakan kepercayaan dengan tulus, dan menyerahkan tanggung jawab tanpa melepas arah. Tiga fungsi inti:

1. Menginspirasi & memberdayakan (inspire & empower)

Pemimpin menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri tim dengan menyatakan keyakinan secara eksplisit:

Pengakuan yang berkesan selalu spesifik: sebut nama, sebut tindakannya:

  • I'd like to recognise Sari for the way she handled the client crisis.
  • Real credit goes to the ops team for keeping us on schedule.
  • I want to call out the extra mile this team went last sprint.

💡 Hindari pujian kosong seperti "Good job, everyone." Pengakuan spesifik ("recognise X for Y") jauh lebih memotivasi dan terdengar autentik.

3. Mendorong ownership & accountability

Empowerment sejati menyerahkan kepemilikan, lalu memasangkan akuntabilitas:

  • This launch is yours to own: I'm here if you need me.
  • I'm giving you full ownership of this; with that comes accountability for the result.
  • I need someone to step up and drive this forward.

Perhatikan nada: akuntabilitas disampaikan sebagai kepercayaan, bukan ancaman.

"Before we move on, I'd like to recognise Budi for the way he stepped up and held the line with the client. Real credit goes to him."
