Closing a Deal

Setelah tawar-menawar selesai, tahap terakhir adalah menutup kesepakatan. Tujuannya: memastikan kedua pihak memahami hal yang sama, lalu mengikatnya secara tertulis.
1. Merangkum kesepakatan (recap)
Sebelum berjabat tangan, rangkum poin-poin utama agar tidak ada salah paham:

Setelah ringkasan, ajukan pertanyaan penutup yang jelas:

- "Are we all happy to proceed?": Apakah semua setuju untuk melanjutkan?
3. Memfinalisasi & mengonfirmasi tertulis
Jangan biarkan kesepakatan hanya verbal. Tutup dengan:
- "Let's finalise the terms.": Mari kita rampungkan syaratnya.
- "Shall we put that in writing?": Mau kita tuangkan secara tertulis?
- "I'll send over a draft this afternoon.": Saya akan kirim draf sore ini.
💡 Tip: selalu akhiri dengan langkah konkret ("I'll send the draft by Friday"). Kesepakatan tanpa langkah berikutnya cenderung menguap.
