Dalam rapat keputusan, kamu sering harus menimbang kelebihan dan kekurangan sebuah opsi sebelum merekomendasikan. Strukturnya tiga langkah: sisi positif → sisi negatif → kesimpulan.

1. Menyeimbangkan dua sisi

Untuk memulai	Untuk sisi sebaliknya
On the one hand, ...	On the other hand, ...
The pros are ...	The cons are ...
One advantage is ...	One drawback is ...

"On the one hand, the tool is cheap. On the other hand, it has fewer features."

2. Menonjolkan poin utama

The main advantage is (that) ...: keuntungan utamanya adalah ...
The main drawback is (that) ...: kelemahan utamanya adalah ...
Sinonim: benefit (= advantage), downside (= drawback).
trade-off = ketika kamu mengorbankan satu hal demi hal lain: "There's a trade-off between price and quality."

3. Menyimpulkan

Overall, I'd go for ...: secara keseluruhan, saya pilih ...
In conclusion, ... / All things considered, ...
go for = memilih (informal & natural di tempat kerja): "I'd go for Option B."

Tip: Pastikan kamu menyebut sisi positif dan negatif sebelum menyimpulkan. Itu membuat rekomendasimu terdengar objektif dan meyakinkan.
