Helping Customers
Di akhir lesson ini, kamu bisa:
- Menawarkan bantuan kepada pelanggan dengan ungkapan yang sopan dan profesional.
- Meminta pelanggan menunggu sebentar sambil kamu memeriksa sesuatu.
- Menutup interaksi dengan menawarkan bantuan lebih lanjut secara positif.
Penjelasan (ID)
Saat melayani pelanggan, nada bicara yang positif dan sopan sama pentingnya dengan isi jawabanmu. Bahasa pelayanan (service language) membuat pelanggan merasa dihargai dan didengar, bahkan sebelum masalahnya selesai.
Ada empat momen penting dalam sebuah interaksi layanan:

| Mengulur waktu untuk memeriksa | "Let me check that for you." / "Bear with me a moment." |

| Menutup interaksi | "Is there anything else I can help you with?" |
Beberapa pola tata bahasa yang sering dipakai:
- "Let me + kata kerja dasar" untuk menawarkan melakukan sesuatu dengan sopan: Let me check that. / Let me find your details.
- "I'll + kata kerja dasar" (future sederhana) untuk berjanji bertindak sekarang juga: I'll send the email right away.
- Softener seperti "Bear with me" atau "One moment, please" menjaga suasana tetap ramah saat pelanggan harus menunggu.
💡 Tip: Selalu tutup dengan "Is there anything else I can help you with?". Ini terdengar profesional dan memberi pelanggan kesempatan bertanya lagi.
