Talking About Services
Di akhir lesson ini, kamu bisa:
- Menyebut layanan dengan 'We offer...' dan 'We provide...'.
- Merinci isi layanan dengan 'Our service includes...'.
- Menguasai kosakata layanan: support, delivery, maintenance, warranty.
Penjelasan (ID)
Selain produk, perusahaan menawarkan layanan (services). Ada dua pola utama untuk menjelaskannya.
1. Menawarkan: We offer / We provide...
Keduanya berarti "kami menawarkan/menyediakan". Diikuti kata benda.

Gunakan untuk menyebutkan apa saja yang termasuk dalam layanan. Bisa diikuti kata benda atau kata kerja -ing.

Tip:
servicedi sini uncountable (tak terhitung) saat berarti jenis layanan: good service (✓), bukan good services untuk satu jenis. Tapi We offer many services benar untuk beragam jenis.
