Di akhir lesson ini, kamu bisa:

- Mengonfirmasi tanggal dan detail dengan permintaan sopan.
Penjelasan (ID)
Sebelum dan selama perjalanan dinas, kamu sering memesan (book) kamar hotel, meja restoran, atau tiket. Bahasanya rapi dan sopan.
Membuat pemesanan: pola inti:
- "I'd like to book a room for two nights.": Saya mau pesan kamar untuk dua malam.
- "I'd like to book a table for four, please.": Saya mau pesan meja untuk empat orang.
- "Do you have a room available on the 24th?": Apakah ada kamar tersedia tanggal 24?
Menyebut reservasi yang sudah ada:
- "I have a reservation under Wijaya.": Saya punya reservasi atas nama Wijaya.
- "The reservation is for two nights, from the 24th."
Mengonfirmasi detail: ulangi informasi penting agar tidak salah:

Tip: I'd like to... untuk meminta, Could you...? untuk minta orang lain melakukan sesuatu. Keduanya sopan dan aman dipakai di hotel, restoran, atau call center.
